The IISR-Mahima was released in the year 2001 and is plumpy.
The areas of adoption for this variety of ginger include Kerala. This variety

root-knot nematode.
IISR-Varada
IISE-Varada is good quality and a high yielding variety of
Ginger. It has plumpy rhizomes and medium-sized reddish-brown scales. Farmers
